We are not just a team at Busy Bee Preschool, we are a family. We go out of our way to support one another in times of happiness and sadness. We can count on one another not just for finding the construction paper but for pet sitting, venting and grabbing dinner after a hard day at work.

Time off is hard to come by. Mental health is just as important as physical health and everyone likes vacations. This is why we make sure our staff does not burn out! After a 90 day probationary period our staff earns one week of PTO, use it however you want. After the probation period, you will also gain time off per pay period. For every year that you stay with us, you get additional PTO to use as you’d like.
